As CSNNE’s Mike Gorman stated in last night’s game, “well we are getting one of those a game.”
That is for sure. Despite the injuries, Celtics fans were spoiled last night with the dunk show from Courtney Lee but also Jeff Green.
Green, the rising star for the Boston Celtics, is filling in the void of scoring for Rajon Rondo and Jared Sullinger but more so presenting an identity for himself, a man that won’t be denied heading to the basket.
While it’s gratifying to witness throwdowns by the former Georgetown Hoya, his productivity on both sides of the floor has given Doc Rivers and company something to cheer about.
