As matters couldn’t get any worse after the horrific loss in Milwaukee–it does. Coincidentally, Rajon Rondo took his talents to Mexico during his two-game suspension.

Hold the phone. Rondo is like any other human being and has the right to do what he wants, but when it comes down to being a leader on the team he should have been there to support his team. There is no evidence if Danny Ainge and company knew about his journey to the native country.
Boston’s mindset has been all around their general. First, it was his journey to the assist record in which he stopped at 37 games–tied with John Stockton and 11 shy of Magic Johnson. Second, it was the brawl with Kris Humphries and the Brooklyn Nets. Now, it’s his ventures around Mexico.
In every press conference or side interview, Rondo doesn’t the take the questions seriously and his answers are comical, basically not taking this year and his profession too seriously. As you see here:
“I went to Mexico for a couple of days and watched the games. I gave my body a rest. Hopefully, I don’t feel too winded tomorrow,” Rondo stated via CSNNE.com. Addtionally when asked if he learned a lesson he stated “no.”
Doc Rivers’ point guard is becoming an ongoing distraction, and may be the cause behind the Celtics struggles. With Rondo back in the lineup, Boston will look to stop the bleeding at home against the Minnesota Timberwolves at 7 p.m.
