Once again, Amar’e Stoudemire find himself on another hospital bed and will miss significant time.
Stoudemire can’t seem to shake lingering knee issues. The 30-year-old sat out Saturdays shoot around due to soreness in his right knee; soreness that turned much worse. ESPN’s Ian Begley, broke news that an MRI on that knee revealed that he is going to miss six weeks and scheduled to have a right knee debridement this week.
The beat up Knicks are going to have to get live bodies to replace Stoudemire’s increasing work load. Carmelo Anthony has been on and off the court all season with lingering injuries. Added with an elderly roster, the end of the season is going to be a difficult climb to reach their goals.
