Rajon Rondo, Jared Sullinger, and now Leandro Barbosa will miss the rest of the 2013 season after losing his footing on a stopping motion towards the basket during Monday’s 94-91 loss against the Charlotte Bobcats.
Kevin Garnett told CSNNE’s A. Sherrod Blakely that the team received news that Barbosa will not play again this season.
Garnett said the #Celtics players are being told Barbosa is done for the season. #bigblow

Barbosa is scheduled to have a MRI as soon as Tuesday, but as Doc Rivers hints there is doubt the guard will return.
“It’s not looking great,” Rivers stated. “But we will see.”
This is a huge blow for Doc Rivers’ team considering how good the 30-year-old pro has been as of late averaging 6.8 points and 2.1 assists in the last 10 games.
As expected prior to this subtraction, Celtics were looking to add a few players, and now Danny Ainge must find replacements.
